#LP Job Summary:
This role provides essential operational continuity through a variety of administrative, financial, and HR support tasks for managers and their teams. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth daily operations while identifying and implementing process improvements. This position offers a hybrid work model in Chicago and a 12-month contract with extension and conversion possibilities. Key Responsibilities:
- Supports strategic initiatives by tracking metrics and milestones.
- Manages calendars, coordinates meetings, and plans department events.
- Processes invoices, prepares expense reports, and monitors budgets.
- Develops and maintains filing systems and supports communication creation.
- Provides professional support to executives and mentors junior staff.
Must-Have Skills:
- 3-5 years of experience in an administrative/professional support function.
- Strong written and verbal communication, organization, and collaboration skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
