Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to manage financial operations in a collaborative, mission-driven setting. 
Based in Charlotte, NC, this full-time role involves overseeing financial management and reporting, working closely with leadership for strategic planning, and ensuring smooth operational execution.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain the integrity of the general ledger and financial reporting.
Review month-end close, journal entries, and reconciliations.
Monitor cash flow and provide insights to leadership.
Process and oversee payroll operations.
Coordinate audit activities and ensure compliance.

Qualifications
3 years of accounting or finance experience.
Strong general ledger and month-end close experience.
Bachelor”s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field or equivalent hands-on experience.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable.
Experience in a nonprofit or mission-driven environment is a plus.
