Description Of Job
Integrated Document Solutions (IDS) is a full-service, end-to-end document management operation. IDS advises, assists, and supports each agency’s needs, providing a wide variety of cost-efficient document solutions at a professional level.
This position strategically aligns IDS service offerings with the needs of the customer base. This includes formulating a deep understanding of the customer initiatives and how IDS services will be applied to their specific needs. The Account Manager is responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships while overseeing the successful delivery of products and services. Acting as the primary point of contact, the Account Manager ensures client satisfaction, drives account growth, and coordinates with internal teams to meet business objectives.

Hybrid Work: The initial phase will consist of two months of in-person training. Following the completion of this training, the role will transition to a hybrid schedule requiring three days per week in the office.
