Account Executive – US Full Time

Company Description KinoSec.ai is building an autonomous offensive security platform often described as the “Palantir for Offensive Cyber Operations.” The platform is being developed in phases, starting with Zeus, which replaces slow, traditional manual penetration tests with fast, autonomous testing across web, API, cloud, network, and OSINT for private companies. The second phase, Poseidon, will extend autonomous security capabilities to robots, drones, IoT, and OT in critical infrastructure and defense environments. The final phase, Hades, aims to integrate all prior strategies to create a highly advanced autonomous system capable of countering sophisticated cybercriminals. KinoSec.ai is a mission-driven organization focused on redefining how organizations protect their most critical digital and physical assets.

Role Description This is a full-time, remote Account Executive – US role responsible for driving new business and managing strategic customer relationships across the United States. The Account Executive will identify and qualify prospects, run discovery calls, deliver product demos tailored to customer needs, and manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to close. This role will collaborate closely with founders, product, and engineering to translate complex offensive security capabilities into clear customer value and feedback product requirements from the field. Day-to-day activities include prospecting, pipeline management, proposal creation, contract negotiation, and accurate revenue forecasting in the CRM. The Account Executive will also represent KinoSec.ai at virtual and in-person events, build strong relationships with security and technology leaders, and help shape go-to-market strategies in a rapidly evolving cyber landscape.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in B2B software or cybersecurity sales, with end-to-end ownership of the sales cycle (prospecting, discovery, demo, negotiation, closing).
• Strong skills in building and managing a high-quality pipeline, including outbound prospecting, account planning, and CRM-based forecasting.
• Ability to understand and communicate technical concepts related to cybersecurity, penetration testing, or autonomous security platforms to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Demonstrated strength in consultative selling, including needs analysis, value-based positioning, and solution-based presentations to senior decision-makers.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with a focus on clear, concise, and inclusive interactions.
• Comfort operating in a fast-moving startup environment, including adaptability, self-direction, and collaborative problem-solving with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with US enterprise, mid-market, or public sector customers in security, defense, critical infrastructure, or technology is highly beneficial.
