Vendor Acquisition & Planning

Responsibilities

• Own your pipeline: Prospect, qualify, and close new business opportunities.
• Hunt for new business: Identify, research, and reach out to fashion and eCommerce vendors to generate new leads and partnerships.
• Drive growth: Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Lead impactful demos: Deliver persuasive presentations that showcase the value of our platform and guide prospects through the discovery and onboarding process.
• Respond fast: Engage new qualified leads with urgency and professionalism to convert interest into opportunity.
• Collaborate for success: Ensure a smooth transition of new clients to the Vendor Management team for onboarding and long-term success.
• Know your market: Develop a deep understanding of the fashion industry, vendor challenges, and key trends to position our solutions effectively.
• Continuously improve: Test new outreach methods, refine your pitch, and share insights to elevate team performance.
• Act like an owner: Create and execute action plans that align with company goals and growth standards.

Required Qualifications

• BA/BS in a related field
• 7+ years of eCommerce sales experience (B2B or B2C) with a proven record of hunting and closing new business
• Exceptional communication skills – confident, persuasive, and polished via email, phone, and video
• Strong analytical and data-driven mindset – comfortable using metrics to measure performance and improve conversion
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally
• Highly motivated self-starter who takes ownership of results and thrives under pressure

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in LA Fashion District
• Korean bilingual is a plus
• Understanding e-Commerce fashion market
• Proficient in MS Office and Google Analytics
