Advanced Fiber Products is hiring production positions

We are seeking candidates who demonstrate reliability, consistent attendance, and a strong history of sustained employment.

Schedule:

• 5th Shift Friday, Saturday, & Sunday 6:45 pm- 7:00 am

What You’ll Do:

• Work at heights up to 20 feet using a Skyjack
• Lift and handle materials up to 35 lbs consistently
• Tie roving bales using air stitchers
• Stay active—this role involves standing and walking throughout your shift
• Learn on the job with hands-on training provided
• Support team operations and take on additional tasks as needed
• Operate and monitor pultrusion machines
• Handle fiberglass materials and maintain production flow
• Read setup sheets and production orders to meet quality standards
• Perform quality checks throughout production
• Use measuring tools such as tape measures and calipers
• Clean and maintain equipment and tooling
• Assist with machine setup, shutdown, and changeovers
• Cross-train in other areas of the plant

What We’re Looking For:

• Mechanical aptitude and experience with hand tools
• Ability to read measurements and production documentation
• Comfort working on your feet and lifting up to 50 lbs
• Commitment to safety and PPE requirements
• Willingness to learn, grow, and work overtime as needed
• Motivated, dependable, and quick-moving individuals
• Willingness to work overtime as needed
• Commitment to safety and company policies

Pay: $23.00 – $24.00 per hour
