Works on a production line in a clean, well-lit environment to package plastic parts, perform visual inspections, and complete light assembly tasks. This role follows detailed work instructions to ensure parts meet quality standards, are correctly labeled, and are accurately documented for production tracking. The position involves repetitive tasks, moderate lifting, and consistent attention to detail throughout the shift.
Responsibilities
Package plastic parts as they come off the production line, ensuring they are handled carefully and efficiently.
Perform visual inspections of plastic parts to identify defects, imperfections, or contamination.
Trim flash and excess material from plastic parts to meet quality and cosmetic standards.
Follow written work instructions and standard operating procedures with accuracy and consistency.
Label parts correctly according to production and quality requirements.
Document production numbers and maintain accurate records of completed work.
Use basic hand tools safely and effectively during assembly and packaging tasks.
Maintain cleanliness and organization within the clean room work area.
Adhere to all clean room protocols, safety guidelines, and quality standards throughout the shift.
Work productively on the production line while standing for the duration of the shift and lifting up to 30 pounds as needed.
Essential Skills
At least 1 year of manufacturing experience.
At least 1 year of packaging or assembly experience.
Ability to follow detailed work instructions and standard operating procedures.
Experience working in a production or clean room environment.
Ability to stand for an 8-hour shift.
Ability to lift up to 30 pounds safely and repeatedly.
Strong attention to detail for visual inspection and quality control.
Basic proficiency using hand tools for assembly and trimming tasks.
Reliable attendance and ability to maintain consistent productivity
Work Environment
This position is based in a clean, well-lit plastic manufacturing facility with a designated clean room environment. You will work on the first shift from 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., standing for most of the day while performing packaging, assembly, and inspection tasks. The facility follows clean room protocols and uses standard production and assembly equipment, including basic hand tools. The work area is organized and focused on safety, cleanliness, and consistent production flow.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $17.00 – $19.00/hr.
