1st Shift Production Associate — Join a Growing Manufacturing Team!
Pay: $16.00 per hour
Schedule: Mon–Thu 5:30 AM – 3:30 PM
Location: On-site

About the Role
We’re looking for energetic, reliable Production Associates to help keep our 2nd-shift operations running smoothly. In this hands-on role, you’ll work on a fast-paced production line, help assemble and package finished materials, and play a key part in delivering top-quality products to our customers.
What You’ll Do
- Feed raw materials into production conveyor machinery
- Monitor product flow through the assembly process
- Clear leftover or excess materials and keep the line clean
- Stack, package, and prepare finished products for storage or shipment
- Coordinate with team members and your line supervisor
- Notify your line leader when materials are running low
- Maintain productivity, teamwork, and strong attendance
- Perform other duties as needed to support production
What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
- Prior production or assembly experience preferred
- Mechanical aptitude and basic math/measurement skills
- Ability to stand for up to 9 hours and work in a production environment (temperature changes, dust, and noise)
Schedule & Pay
- 10-hour shifts Monday–Thursday (5:30 AM – 3:30 PM)
- $16.00 per hour
