Job Title: Entry-Level Welder / Frame Fabricator
Essential Skills
Ability to perform MIG welding; basic ARC welding experience or willingness to learn.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and production diagrams.
Proficiency using a standard tape measure and reading numbers and fractions accurately.
Ability to perform basic math, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division with fractions.
Comfort using common hand tools, power tools, and air tools in a shop environment.
Ability to gauge steel to verify correct material selection for frame construction.
Capability to lift, carry, push, and pull at least 50 pounds as part of daily work.
Ability to listen, understand, and follow directions consistently.
Effective communication skills and ability to work cooperatively with others.
Strong decision-making skills in a fast-paced production environment.
Solid time-management skills to meet production deadlines.
Willingness to learn welding and fabrication techniques and take direction from shop leadership.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Previous welding experience, even informal or self-taught, such as personal projects or work in an automotive shop.
Automotive experience or experience working with axles, brakes, wheels, or similar mechanical components.
Interest in developing a long-term career in welding and fabrication.
Comfort working in a smaller shop environment with a close-knit crew.
Ability to adapt to changing workloads and assist in different departments when needed.

This is a Permanent position based out of Leola, PA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 – $22.00/hr.
