Experience
- 1 year of administrative and/or clerical experience.
- 1 year of customer service experience.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
Type: Full-time; Contract
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm
Staffing Solutions of Hawaii is seeking a Credentialing Operations Specialist to join a growing and dynamic team!
Job Description
- Perform triage and validation of credentialing applications and documentation.
- Verify provider information to complete primary source verification as needed.
- Provide support with all credentialing processes and activities.
- Enter and update the Credentialing system and files.
- Process fax received, pick up mail, scan, and enter data for Intake.
- Maintain and monitor credentialing databases for day-to-day operations.
- Assists the staff with credentialing inquiries, providing responses and resolution in a timely manner.
- All other duties assigned.
Position Requirements
- Data entry experience with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft programs: Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Proficient use and experience with Adobe products and programs.
- Ability to solve problems, analyze, think critically, and make good judgments.
- Professional telephonic etiquette, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to effectively work in a fast-paced and changing environment.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
