What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Handle inbound and outbound calls based on departmental needs
- Read, interpret, and apply step-by-step instructions during live calls
- Maintain a reliable process across high-volume interactions without cutting corners
- Provide customer support through phone, email, and ticketing systems
- Troubleshoot billing, reporting, and product issues while assisting with account updates and payments
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- Must have your own equipment, including a computer and high-speed internet
- Customer service or call center experience is required
- Background in financial services, banking support, or compliance-heavy environments is highly preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills and high attention to detail in data handling
- Excellent communication skills and ability to learn new systems quickly
