Lotte Plaza Market Housewares 부서에서 재고 관리, 입출고 관리, 매장 지원 및 데이터 관리 업무를 담당할 직원을 모집합니다.

Job description:

– 근무지 (Location): 본사 및 전 매장 (출장 필수)

(Head Office & All Store Locations — Travel Required)

– 근무 형태 (Work Type): 풀타임 (Full-Time)

: 주 47.5시간 (Monday – Friday, 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM)

주요 업무 (Responsibilities)

1. 재고 관리 (Inventory Management)

• 상품 데이터 및 로케이션 관리 (Manage product data and item locations)
• 상품 입고 시 분리 및 적재 업무 (Separate and organize incoming merchandise)
• 트랜스퍼 상품 입고 확인 및 분리 작업 (Verify and separate transferred merchandise)
• 상품 패킹 업무 (Pack merchandise as needed)
• 오피스 보관 번들/낱개 상품 및 창고 내 박스 보관 상품 관리 (Manage bundled, individual, and boxed inventory stored in the office or warehouse)

2. 입출고 관리 (Inbound/Outbound Management)

• 상품 출고지시서 작성 (Prepare sales orders)
• Invoice 관련 업무 (Handle invoice-related tasks)
• 백오더 관리 (Manage backorders)
• 점포 요청사항 처리 (Respond to store requests)
• COS 오더 시스템 관리 (Manage the COS order system)
• 신상품 등록 및 재고 업데이트 (Register new items and update inventory)
• 벤더별 오더 관리 (Manage vendor orders)
• 점포 주문 취합 및 벤더 전송 (Collect store orders and send them to vendors)
• 상품 입고 스케줄 관리 (Manage merchandise receiving schedules)

3. 매장 지원 (Store Support)

평상시 매장 방문 및 상품 진열 지원 (Visit stores and support product display as needed)신규 오픈 매장 및 행사 매장 지원 (Support new store openings and promotional events)주별/월별 점포 매출 데이터 분석 자료 관리 (Maintain weekly/monthly store sales data and analysis materials)주간 행사 관리 (Manage weekly promotional event information)

자격 요건 (Qualifications)

• 데이터 관리 (Data Management)
• 한국어 필수 (Korean language required)
• 기본적인 컴퓨터 사용 가능자 (Basic computer skills required)
• Excel 사용 가능자 우대 (Excel skills preferred)
• 재고 관리, 오더 관리, 물류 또는 리테일 업무 경험자 우대 (Experience in inventory, order management, logistics, or retail preferred)
• 상품 이동, 적재, 정리 등 물품 취급 업무 가능자 (Must be able to handle, move, organize, and stock merchandise)
• 책임감 있고 꼼꼼하게 업무를 처리할 수 있는 분 (Detail-oriented and responsible)

매장 및 벤더와 원활하게 커뮤니케이션할 수 있는 분 (Able to communicate effectively with stores and vendors)

Pay: From $55,000.00 per year
