The Cook 2 position is an intermediate-level cook requiring good communication and culinary experience. This person should have a professional knowledge of cooking ingredients and procedures. This position may work in different areas of the kitchen and must be flexible to work mornings, afternoons, and evenings typically between 5:00am – 11:30pm, any day of the week including weekends and holidays.
The hourly rate for this position is $30.975 per hour.

Qualifications:
Previous cooking experience.
Candidate should be able to perform all basic cooking skills.
Able to work single line stations as well as volume production for banquets.
A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to stand for long periods of time.
Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
