We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accountant / Bookkeeper / Controller to help manage and scale our financial operations as the company continues to expand.
Position Overview
This role will oversee day-to-day accounting operations, financial reporting, and internal financial controls. The ideal candidate will have strong experience working with Microsoft Dynamics and/or Microsoft 365 accounting systems and will play a key role in maintaining financial accuracy and supporting leadership with financial insights.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting functions
• Maintain general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Reconcile bank accounts and financial transactions
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow tracking
• Oversee financial reporting and internal controls
• Coordinate with external accountants and auditors
• Maintain financial data within Microsoft Dynamics / Microsoft 365 ecosystem
• Assist leadership with financial analysis and strategic decision-making
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred but not required)
• 3–7+ years experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or controller roles
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics, Business Central, or Microsoft 365 financial systems
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting
• Advanced Excel skills
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
