We’re hiring a Manufacturing Operations Manager to scale global manufacturing for next‑generation hardware, owning supplier execution, production quality, and cost from early builds through repeatable, high‑reliability production.

Eligible candidates must have:
- 5+ years owning global contract manufacturing for complex hardware
- Full accountability for supplier quality, NCRs, and corrective actions
- Proven effectiveness managing suppliers across significant time‑zone gaps
- Deep understanding of manufacturing costs and supplier negotiations
- Built operational processes from scratch in fast‑moving startup environments
Nice‑to‑haves (not required):
- Experience with precision CNC machining or another cutting-edge manufacturing method
