WHAT YOU’LL ACTUALLY DO

This is a professional sales position. You will connect with homeowners, uncover roofing concerns, and guide them toward inspections and next steps.

You will:

• Generate conversations with homeowners in targeted neighborhoods
• Identify signs of storm or age-related roof damage
• Coordinate and attend inspections with experienced team members
• Help homeowners understand timelines and insurance procedures
• Participate in weekly performance and skill development sessions

COMPENSATION AND GROWTH

Earnings are performance-driven and transparent.

• Sales Representative: $6,000-12,000 per month
• Senior Producer: $9,000-18,000 per month
• Sales Manager: $250,000+ annually
• Regional Leader: $350,000+ annually
