About The Role

We are seeking a meticulous and experienced Manual QA Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be pivotal in ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of our AI-driven supply chain products. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Product, and Design, to develop and execute comprehensive testing strategies. Your primary focus will be on manual testing processes, validating new features, and identifying issues before product releases. The ideal candidate will possess strong manual testing skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to work effectively within an Agile development framework.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands‑on experience in manual software testing
• Strong understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, and QA best practices
• Confident knowledge of SQL for data validation and analysis
• Hands‑on experience with Postman for API testing
• Basic understanding of CI tools and modern software development practices
• Experience with test management tools such as TestRail, Zephyr, or Xray
• Familiarity with bug tracking systems like Jira, Trello, Asana, or Bugzilla
• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking skills
• Proactive approach to identifying risks and enhancing product quality
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience

Responsibilities

• Analyze product requirements and develop clear, detailed test cases and plans
• Validate new features and assess their readiness for production deployment
• Execute various testing types including functional, regression, smoke, and exploratory testing
• Identify, document, and track defects, ensuring timely verification of fixes
• Support release sign‑off processes by providing comprehensive testing results and quality assessments
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA methodologies, testing standards, and best practices
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to understand product features and testing needs
• Assist in maintaining test documentation and ensuring test coverage aligns with project requirements
