Position overview

The Baker is a dual-role position responsible for producing high-quality baked goods and savory menu items. You will manage everything from dough preparation and pastry finishing to station service and high-volume food prep. This full-time role requires a versatile professional who can maintain strict quality and sanitation standards across a flexible schedule.

This is an onsite position.

Baking Duties

• Prepare and bake items such as breads, pastries, desserts, and other baked goods
• Measure and mix ingredients according to recipes
• Monitor baking times and temperatures for quality and consistency
• Decorate or finish baked goods as needed
• Ensure proper storage and labeling of baked products

Cooking Duties

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards
• Set up and stock cooking stations with necessary supplies
• Ensure food is cooked to proper temperatures and presentation standards
• Assist with menu specials and daily offerings
• Maintain a clean and organized cooking area

Food Prep Duties

• Wash, peel, chop, and prepare ingredients for cooking and baking
• Portion and label food items for storage and service
• Assist in receiving and storing deliveries properly
• Rotate stock and follow FIFO (First In, First Out) practices
• Maintain prep areas in a clean and sanitary condition

Full Time with Flexible Hours.
