This role sits at the center of enterprise transformation initiatives, ensuring that high-impact, cross-functional projects are delivered with precision, discipline, and strategic alignment. You will lead complex programs from initiation through execution, working closely with executive sponsors, business leaders, and technical teams to translate organizational priorities into actionable delivery plans. Operating in a fast-paced and evolving environment, you will balance structure with adaptability, ensuring governance standards are upheld while maintaining momentum across multiple initiatives. This position requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, and the ability to drive clarity in ambiguous situations. You will play a key role in fostering collaboration across teams and ensuring projects consistently deliver measurable business value.

Accountabilities

• Lead end-to-end project delivery by defining scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables aligned with enterprise and departmental priorities, ensuring structured execution across all phases of the project lifecycle.
• Partner with executive sponsors and cross-functional stakeholders to maintain alignment, drive accountability, and ensure initiatives support strategic business outcomes.
• Oversee project governance, including risk, issue, change, and decision logs, while proactively identifying blockers and implementing mitigation strategies to maintain progress.
• Manage communications across all stakeholder levels, ensuring consistent, transparent, and timely updates on project status, risks, and outcomes.
• Drive collaboration across teams by building strong relationships, facilitating alignment, and motivating contributors toward shared goals and high performance.
• Ensure adherence to PMO standards, methodologies (waterfall and agile), and quality expectations throughout project execution and delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• At least 5 years of progressive project management experience leading enterprise-level or cross-functional initiatives in complex environments.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (waterfall and agile) with the ability to apply them appropriately based on project needs.
• Experience working in financial services or regulated industries is strongly preferred.
• PMP certification preferred or willingness to obtain within two years of hire.
• Proficiency with project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with Jira or Confluence is a plus.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at all organizational levels.
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
