We’re Hiring: Key Account Manager – Sports Tech
📍 Charlotte, NC Area (Hybrid)

We’re expanding our U.S. team and looking for a Key Account Manager to manage and grow relationships with our partners after the deal is signed.
Our platform helps sports teams, events, and broadcasters turn fan engagement into new sponsorship revenue through interactive FanZones during live games and broadcasts.
Fans engage through polls, trivia, fan cams, predictions, cheering and more — creating valuable digital inventory for sponsors while increasing fan interaction.
We’re already working with sports organizations internationally and are now scaling in the U.S.
What You’ll Do
• Own and manage client relationships from contract signing through delivery
• Build and set up FanZone experiences for each partner (content, structure, user flows)
• Use internal tools/platforms to create and manage interactive digital experiences
• Coordinate internally with sales, product, and operations teams
• Support the sales team with demos, proposals, and client presentations
• Ensure successful campaign delivery and client satisfaction
• Identify upsell and renewal opportunities within existing accounts
• Act as the main point of contact for partners throughout the collaboration
Who We’re Looking For
✔ Experience working on the sports organization side (teams, leagues, federations) or at a sports marketing / sponsorship agency
✔ Hands-on experience with sponsorships, partnerships, or brand activations is a strong plus
✔ Background in account management, client success, or campaign management
✔ Comfortable working with digital tools / platforms (hands-on mindset, not just coordination)
✔ Strong organizational and project management skills
✔ Ability to manage multiple clients and campaigns simultaneously
✔ Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
✔ Passion for sports, technology, and fan engagement
