Medical Assistant – Healthcare Support

Job Summary
Medical Solutions and Gabby Health is seeking a Medical Assistant to support healthcare operations within
nursing home facilities in Missoula, Montana
This role involves working directly inside healthcare facilities to support vital sign collection,
oversee medical monitoring devices, support remote patient monitoring workflows, and assist with tele-health visits. The goal is to help improve patient monitoring and support facility-based care coordination. The Medical Assistant will also help ensure devices are functioning correctly while supporting data intake processes required for patient monitoring and care coordination.
Key Responsibilities
• Record and monitor patient vitals within assigned nursing home facilities
• Support remote patient monitoring workflows
• Assist with tele-health visits when required
• Support facility staff with required healthcare data collection
• Maintain accurate healthcare data records
• Assist with oversight of medical monitoring devices installed inside buildings
• Ensure devices are functioning properly and report any technical concerns
• Communicate any concerns, issues or abnormal findings to the internal support team
• Maintain professionalism while working directly within nursing home environments
Requirements
• Previous Medical Assistant or CNA experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable working in healthcare environments such as nursing homes
• Ability to work independently and support facility staff as needed
