Our client, a leader in the aerospace industry, is seeking an Aerospace Painting Masker to join their team. As an Aerospace Painting Masker, you will be part of the production department supporting the manufacturing of high-quality aerospace components. The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of accountability, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Aerospace Parts Painting Masker (Masking to prep for painting)
Location: Lynwood, CA
Pay Range: $19/hr.
Shift: 3pm-12am (Monday to Friday with OT as needed)
What’s the Job?
Process parts according to shop work order and applicable specifications and drawings.
Follow instructions from the supervisor pertaining to specific tasks.
Ensure the integrity of incoming parts by checking for damage and scratches.
Complete work orders and all necessary paperwork accurately.
Manage hazardous materials safely in accordance with state and federal regulations.
What’s Needed?
High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED) is required.
Previous Aerospace experience
Previous experience in masking and/ or painting is REQUIRED
Basic understanding of blueprints and drawings is preferred.
Ability to perform work accurately and thoroughly.
Strong communication skills to effectively interact with team members.
Self-motivated with a strong focus on safety and quality.
