Senior Manufacturing Engineer Full Time

We are looking for a Senior Manufacturing Engineer who refuses to settle for “good enough.” You will be the technical backbone of our operation, designing and optimizing the systems that build everything from complex automatic transmissions to next-generation EV batteries.

What You Will Do

• Own the Process: You are the Subject Matter Expert. From the first bolt to final testing, you own the integration, safety, and yield of your assigned components.
• Drive Innovation: Lead New Product Introduction (NPI) from concept to floor layout. You handle the capital approvals, machine specs, and validation that bring new lines to life.
• Solve the Hard Problems: Don’t just patch issues, eliminate them. Use root cause analysis to tackle complex mechanical, pneumatic, and machining challenges on the shop floor.
• Lean the Line: Relentlessly pursue efficiency. Implement Lean principles (5S, Kaizen, One-Piece Flow) to reduce waste and maximize throughput.
• Mentor & Lead: Be the technical voice for the plant. Train production teams, collaborate with Quality/Program Engineering, and present solutions directly to customers.

What You Bring

• The Experience: 5–10 years of Manufacturing Engineering experience with a track record of improving complex mechanical assemblies.
• The Knowledge: Must have a deep understanding of automatic transmissions
• The Degree: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or related).
• The Toolkit: Proficient in CAD/ACAD, PFMEA, Control Plans, and Lean Manufacturing tools.
• The Attitude: High urgency. You thrive on the shop floor and can communicate as effectively with an operator as you can with an executive.
