Delivery Driver (FedEx Ground) Full Time NEW

We are URGENTLY HIRING full‑time and part-time Delivery Drivers who bring a positive attitude & take pride in being hardworking.

We are a privately owned company contracted with FedEx Ground to deliver & pick up packages out of the Lincoln, NE FedEx Terminal.

Delivery Driver Pay/Benefits:

• $155 per day or more based on experience/performance

Delivery Driver Qualifications:

• Be at least 21 years of age
• Prior delivery experience is not required but job history involving driving, timely service & heavy lifting is a plus ex) UPS, DHL, Moving company, etc.
• Have a clean background & driving record (full background & MVR will be checked)
• Must immediately pass a full drug screen & DOT physical (no cost to you)
• Able to handle large &/or heavy packages up to 150 lbs. with the help of a hand truck
• Veterans & military strongly encouraged to apply

Delivery Driver Duties include but not limited to:

• Deliver/pick-up packages to homes & local businesses in a timely manner
• Complete all assigned stops for each day
• Perform daily Pre & Post inspection on vehicle
• Efficiently pack vehicle for deliveries if the need arises
• Provide exceptional customer service & maintain appropriate communication with operating officer

Our operation runs 7 days a week; employees work a 5‑day schedule that may include an occasional weekend day.

Pay: From $155.00 per day
