What You’ll Do:As a Night Shift Customer Service Representative, you’ll serve as a trusted point of contact for Customers and Technician drivers. Your role blends calm communication with quick thinking:

· Answer incoming support calls for automated parking systems across the country · Assist EV drivers through our AUTOChargit Roadside program · Coordinate real-time help by dispatching mobile charging technicians· Deliver clear, empathetic, and efficient service in high-urgency situations · Work independently and confidently during overnight hours
