The Mission 🎯

This is a quota-carrying role where you’ll be the primary architect of growth for our Salesforce practice. You’ll be the bridge between complex business problems and elegant cloud solutions, working across both “New Logos” and our existing Movate family.

Your Core Responsibilities:

• The Hunt: Full-cycle prospecting to build a robust pipeline of new business opportunities.
• The Architecture: Lead proposal development and deal structuring, ensuring our solutions are as commercially viable as they are technically brilliant.
• The Close: Master the art of contract negotiations to bring high-impact transformations across the finish line.
• Relationship Building: You aren’t just waiting for leads; you will nurture and build your own relationships with key stakeholders and Salesforce alliance partners.
• Matrix Mastery: You’ll thrive in our matrixed environment, collaborating closely with delivery, solutioning, and account teams to deliver a seamless experience.

What You’ll Bring to the Table 🛠️

We aren’t looking for a traditional “suit.” We need a tech-savvy strategist who knows the platform inside and out.

• Salesforce Fluency: Proven track record in Salesforce-led transformations (Contact Center, Marketing, and Service Cloud are your bread and butter).
• The “Agentforce” Edge: You’re already ahead of the curve with exposure to AI and Agentforce sales. You know how to articulate the value of autonomous agents.
• The Numbers Game: You’re a pro at Salesforce estimations. You can scope a project with precision and confidence.
• Tech Foundations: Deep knowledge of core technologies is a must; Industry Cloud knowledge (Fins, Health, etc.) is highly preferred.
