Role Description

This is a contract remote role for a Partnerships Lead. The individual in this role will be responsible for developing and managing strategic partnerships to drive business growth. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying potential partners, building and maintaining relationships, negotiating agreements, and collaborating with internal teams to integrate partnerships into the company’s offerings. The role also involves analyzing partnership performance and identifying new opportunities to strengthen alliances and achieve organizational goals.

Relationships & Network

The ideal candidate maintains an established network within premium social environments, including private members clubs, exclusive cultural and sporting events, and high-net-worth social circles. They are comfortable and credible in these settings and have existing relationships with key connectors, event producers, and tastemakers who influence the social calendars of affluent clientele.

This is not a role for someone building their network, we are looking for someone who is already embedded in these worlds and can activate those relationships on day one.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Partnerships and Strategic Partnerships development to identify, manage, and maximize collaborative opportunities.
• Proficiency in Communication and Sales to negotiate agreements, build relationships, and effectively represent TMI Worldwide.
• Demonstrated Analytical Skills to evaluate partnership performance, identify areas for improvement, and drive data-informed decisions.
• Proven ability to think strategically and align partnerships with organizational goals.
• Experience in the travel or concierge services industry
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field; advanced degree or equivalent experience is a benefit.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and adapt to evolving business needs.
