Location: Remote (NC) Job Description We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders. The role involves gathering requirements, analyzing workflows, supporting integrations, and coordinating project activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze technical requirements, workflows, and system integrations
- Coordinate project tasks, timelines, and deliverables
- Facilitate meetings and stakeholder communication
- Support testing, validation, and post-go-live activities
- Ensure compliance with healthcare and IT standards
Required Skills
- 5+ years of Healthcare IT / EHR experience (Epic preferred)
- Strong knowledge of Agile/Waterfall methodologies
- Experience with HL7, Mirth, Cloverleaf or similar tools
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred
- Experience in clinical/operational workflows
- Knowledge of compliance standards (HIPAA, etc.)
