About The Role

The Associate Data Support Analyst plays a vital role within the Data & Analytics team by providing essential support to maintain operational efficiency and data integrity. This position involves monitoring and managing batch jobs, coordinating migration activities, triaging production incidents, and optimizing data processes to ensure seamless data operations. The role collaborates closely with business data analysts and developers across multiple projects, facilitating smooth transitions during system go-lives and ongoing post-implementation support. The ideal candidate will possess a foundational understanding of data management tools, demonstrate problem-solving capabilities, and work effectively in a team-oriented environment to support G.E.H.A’s mission of empowering health and wellness.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of relevant experience in data support, healthcare data, or analytics
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Proficiency in SQL and Microsoft Excel
• Basic understanding of cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure and Snowflake
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Ability to work remotely with reliable high-speed internet connectivity

Responsibilities

• Utilize basic SQL skills to support data queries and troubleshooting
• Coordinate with cross-functional and technical teams to ensure smooth operation of Data & Analytics jobs in production environments
• Manage the creation, testing, and migration of data changes across different environments following change management protocols
• Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly batch jobs to ensure timely completion and accuracy
• Triaging and resolving production incidents and service requests related to data processes
• Participate actively in Scrum ceremonies, including backlog grooming, planning, and design review sessions
• Assist in identifying opportunities for process improvements and automation
• Perform other duties as assigned to support team objectives and organizational goals
