Perceptix Marketing Group is actively hiring a Verizon Team Member in Marlton, NJ to support our growing telecommunications sales campaign. The Verizon Team Member works directly with customers to provide Verizon telecom solutions, support customer accounts, and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities of the Verizon Team Member

• Engage with customers directly to present Verizon telecom products and services
• Drive sales performance by recommending Verizon solutions that meet customer needs
• Support customer account setup, upgrades, and telecom service enrollment
• Build strong customer relationships and maintain long-term customer satisfaction
• Identify sales opportunities within existing customer accounts
• Work closely with the sales team to achieve daily and weekly sales targets
• Answer customer questions and provide clear telecom product guidance
• Maintain accurate customer account information and sales records
• Represent Verizon professionally while delivering strong customer service
