CDL-A Shuttle Supervisor – 2nd Shift | Toledo, OH

General Trucking is hiring a CDL-A Shuttle Supervisor to lead our Toledo shuttle operations on 2nd shift.

This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for overseeing daily shuttle operations, supporting drivers, and ensuring freight moves efficiently and on time.

Position Overview:

• Location: Toledo, OH
• Shift: 2nd Shift (4:00 PM start time)
• Schedule: Monday – Saturday
• Compensation: $90,000 annually (based on experience)

What You’ll Do:

• Supervise and support daily shuttle operations
• Coordinate driver schedules and ensure coverage
• Act as the main point of contact for drivers during shift
• Monitor performance, address issues, and keep operations running smoothly
• Communicate with dispatch, safety, and management teams
• Step in and assist operationally when needed

What We’re Looking For:

• Valid CDL-A License
• Experience in transportation, dispatch, or operations
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
• Dependable, organized, and team-oriented
