4 Corner Resources is seeking a Health Data Analyst to support a healthcare quality organization. This role focuses on analyzing complex healthcare datasets, supporting policy evaluation, and contributing to quality improvement initiatives. Ideal candidates will have experience working with Medicaid data and strong technical skills in data analysis tools.

Employment Type: Full-time
Compensation: $74,000 – $110,000 annually
Health Data Analyst Responsibilities
- Analyze large healthcare datasets, including Medicaid enrollment files, claims, and encounter data
- Support healthcare policy development and evaluation through data-driven insights
- Work with structured databases to extract, clean, and validate data
- Develop reports, dashboards, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with regulatory standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support quality improvement initiatives
Health Data Analyst Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Health Informatics, Public Health, Data Analytics, Statistics, or related field
- Experience working with healthcare datasets, preferably Medicaid (MCO, state agency, EQRO, or policy institute)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with SQL or other database querying tools highly preferred
- Proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI)
- Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
Health Data Analyst Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting healthcare policy or program evaluation
- Background working with Medicaid managed care organizations, state agencies, or healthcare research organizations
- Familiarity with EQRO-related work or healthcare quality review processes
