DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
·Demonstrates a high level of confidentiality
· Listens to customers’ concerns, issues, questions, or requests.
· Obtains information from customers to pass along to appropriate party for resolution.
· Maintains a positive attitude and calmly responds to customers’ complaints.
· Opens new customer accounts.
· Attracts customers by promoting the product and company positively.
· Recommends possible products or consultation to meet the customers’ needs.
· Refers issues and questions to managers if necessary.
· Reports office progress to management, working with them to improve office operations and procedures.
· Works with management to produce reports and status updates.
· Coordinates meetings and events.
· Maintains files; implements an efficient system for other staff and/or management to access files and records.
· Prepares product and customer reports by gathering data collected during customer interactions.

· Education and/or Experience – High School Diploma (or GED or High School Equivalence Certificate)
· Language Skills – Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common financial reports, invoices, and legal documents. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business. Ability to effectively present information to management. Ability to interact clearly and effectively, in both written and oral communication, with supervisor, clients, staff, vendors, etc.
· Mathematical Skills – Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, and ratios to practical situations such as breaking out payments on a proposal, and when doing profit & loss calculations. Can add, subtract, divide, and multiply numbers.
· Computer Skills – To perform this job successfully, an individual should be proficient in personal computer skills including electronic mail, record keeping, routine database activity, word processing, spreadsheet, graphics, etc. This role requires knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
This position requires a detail-oriented individual who can handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills, be proficient in using various software applications, and possess excellent organizational abilities.
