🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and execute test plans, test cases, and scripts.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing.
• Identify, document, and track defects using bug-tracking tools.
• Collaborate with developers and business analysts to understand requirements.
• Analyze test results and provide actionable recommendations.
• Support test automation initiatives and QA best practices.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes.

✅ Requirements

• Proven experience in software testing, QA, or related roles.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Familiarity with manual and automated testing methodologies.
• Experience with tools like Jira, Selenium, TestRail, or equivalent.
• Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field; ISTQB or QA certifications are a plus.
