We are recruiting Quality Assurance Engineers on behalf of a global organization operating in the industrial technology, digital solutions, and enterprise services space. This organization builds scalable software platforms that support critical operations across manufacturing, supply chain, sustainability, and operational efficiency.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on functional and technical requirements
• Perform both manual and automated testing across web and backend applications
• Identify, document, and track defects using established defect management tools, ensuring timely resolution
• Analyze business and system requirements to ensure testability and coverage
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and UX/UI teams to maintain quality standards throughout delivery
• Execute regression, integration, and performance testing to validate new and existing features
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, contributing quality-focused insights during sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
• Prepare and communicate clear test results, metrics, and release readiness reports to stakeholders

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

• Experience with C# or Node.js
• Proven experience working as a QA Engineer within the software development lifecycle
• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, tools, and best practices
• Experience with Agile/Scrum development environments
• Hands-on experience with defect tracking and test management tools (e.g., JIRA, Azure DevOps)
• Familiarity with version control systems such as Git
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail
• Effective written and verbal communication skills and ability to collaborate within cross-functional teams
• Experience with C#/.NET
• Experience with Node.js
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience developing or maintaining automated test frameworks
• Working knowledge of performance and load testing tools (e.g., JMeter, Azure Load Testing)
• Experience with API testing tools such as Postman or Rest Assured
• Knowledge of SQL and database testing concepts
• Programming experience for test automation using languages such as .NET, Java, or JavaScript
