Role Overview
This role leads day-to-day operations at Beaudin while supporting revenue growth
through strong customer and wholesale relationships.
This role blends operations, fulfillment, customer experience, and sales, ensuring the
business runs smoothly. It requires someone who is both highly organized and highly
relational, able to manage details while building trust with customers and the internal
team.

Operations & Fulfillment Leadership
– Oversee and execute all e-commerce and wholesale order fulfillment
– Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and high-quality presentation
– Support team coordination and communication
– Assist with light HR responsibilities to maintain team unity and positive work
environment.
Customer Experience Management
– Serve as the primary point of contact for customer communication
– Handle inquiries related to orders, product questions, and issue resolution
– Deliver a high-touch, thoughtful experience that reflects the Beaudin brand Sales & Revenue Growth
– Conduct follow-ups after order delivery (2-week check-in & 2-month re-order outreach)
– Maintain strong relationships with existing wholesale partners
– Eligible for commission on new accounts and re-orders generated
Quality Control & Inventory Oversight
– Inspect all finished products prior to shipment to ensure products meet standards for
craftsmanship, functionality, and presentation.
– Manage inventory levels and maintain organization
