Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented to join our dynamic food manufacturing team. In this vital role, you will oversee the production process, ensuring that all food products meet rigorous safety and quality standards. Your expertise will help maintain efficient operations while adhering to industry regulations such as HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) and CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices). Duties

• Monitor and operate manufacturing equipment to ensure optimal food production efficiency and quality.
• Implement and uphold sanitation procedures to maintain a clean and safe production environment in compliance with food safety standards
• Conduct routine inspections of machinery and facilities to identify maintenance needs or potential safety hazards.
• Support food processing activities by following detailed operational procedures aligned with HACCP and CGMP guidelines.
• Use mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment issues promptly, minimizing downtime.
• Early shift starts at 4am
• Maintain accurate records of production activities, sanitation schedules, and safety checks for compliance purposes.
• Collaborate with team members to uphold food safety standards across all stages of manufacturing.

Experience

• Prior experience in a manufacturing or food processing environment is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of HACCP principles and CGMP regulations is essential for maintaining compliance.
• Hands-on experience with sanitation procedures in a food industry setting is advantageous.
• Mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues efficiently.
• Familiarity with packaging processes and machinery used in food production.
