The primary requirement of a Jersey Mike’s employee is commitment to company goals:

Qualifications for the job:

• Education: High school degree or equivalent
• 1 Year QSR experience preferred
• Other: Must be 18 years or older to operate the slicer
• Serve Safe Certification – Food Handler
• Must have reliable transportation

Wage + Benefits :

Flexible hours / adaptable availability changes

Base wage : Part Time – $12.00 plus tips. Full Time – $12.50-13.50 plus tips.

Tips/hourly rate adjustment: Up to $5.50. (Potential total earnings: $19.00)

2026 – Employees receive a free sandwich with each shift they work.(Max of one per day)
