Full Job Description
JENSEN Braun is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Powder Coating Technician to join our 1st shift manufacturing team. This is a full-time opportunity with a stable and growing company offering competitive pay, strong benefits, and advancement potential.
Pay: $20.00 – $25.00 per hour based on experience
Responsibilities:
- Prepare metal parts and surfaces for powder coating
- Apply powder coat finishes using spray equipment
- Hang, mask, and stage parts for coating
- Monitor oven curing process and coating quality
- Inspect finished parts to ensure proper coverage and finish
- Maintain equipment and keep work area clean and organized
- Follow safety and quality procedures at all times
Qualifications:
- Powder coating, painting, or manufacturing experience preferred
- Experience with spray equipment is a plus
- Will train the right candidate with mechanical aptitude and solid work ethic
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards
- Ability to lift, stand, and work in a fast-paced production environment
- Reliable attendance and positive attitude
