About the Role

We’re looking for a Cluster Worker to support our nutrient recovery, drying, and fertilizer manufacturing operations. This is a hands‑on, equipment‑focused role that blends agricultural machinery operation with material handling, and site maintenance. You’ll routinely use tractors, tillers, box blades, and lawn‑care equipment to maintain cluster sites and support daily production activities.

Compensation & Advancement

• $15–$18/hr (starting at $15/hr during a 3–6 month probationary period)
• Pay increases based on contribution and impact on operations

Responsibilities

Equipment Operation & Site Work

• Operate tractors for hauling, grading, leveling, and general site tasks
• Use tillers and/or box blades for material mixing and ground management
• Operate lawn‑care equipment (mowers, trimmers, blowers) to maintain vegetation around cluster sites
• Safely operate all equipment

Production & Processing Support

• Assist with product processing, material mixing, and loading equipment
• Support the operation and maintenance of the cluster sites
• Perform routine area cleanup to maintain safe, organized work environments

Skills & Qualifications

Required:

• 3+ years of tractor and heavy equipment use
• 2+ years of grounds keeping experience
• Positive attitude, problem solving mindset, and strong communication skills
• Valid driver’s license

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 – $18.00 per hour
