Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Property Care Foreman specializing in Lawn Mowing to lead our outdoor maintenance team. In this role, you will oversee daily lawn care operations, supervise crew members, and ensure that all landscaping projects meet our high standards. Your leadership will help maintain the beauty and health of our clients’ properties while promoting safety, efficiency, and teamwork.
Duties
- Supervise and coordinate lawn mowing crews to ensure timely completion of scheduled tasks
- Oversee landscape maintenance activities including trimming, edging, fertilizing, and pruning
- Ensure all equipment is properly maintained, cleaned, and operated safely
- Train team members on proper techniques for lawn care, horticulture practices, and safety protocols
- Monitor work quality to meet company standards and client expectations
- Promote a positive team environment by providing leadership, guidance, and support
Skills
- Proven experience in landscape maintenance, landscaping, or lawn care roles
- Supervising or leadership experience in outdoor or construction settings
- Strong knowledge of horticulture practices, irrigation systems, gardening, and tree care
- Ability to operate and maintain landscaping equipment safely and effectively
- Excellent communication skills for supervising staff and coordinating with clients
- Knowledge of construction principles related to outdoor projects
- Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate a team and ensure high-quality work standards

Pay: $21.00 – $29.00 per hour
