About the Role
We’re looking for hard-working, reliable individuals to join our team as General Laborers. This is a hands-on position where you’ll support site operations through a variety of physical tasks. No experience? No problem — we’ll train the right people.
What You’ll Do
- Load/unload trucks and move materials
- Dig, backfill, and perform site cleanup
- Assist with mowing, trimming, and basic equipment operation
- Support skilled workers with daily tasks
- Follow safety guidelines and keep work areas clean
What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma or GED (preferred, not required)
- Willingness to do physical labor (lift up to 30 lbs)
- Reliable, punctual, and able to follow directions
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
Pay: $17.00 per hour
