Day Porter/Maintenance Technician Full Time

We are currently seeking a Maintenance Specialist/Day Porter to join our team in Watford City. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who is dependable, detail-oriented, and takes pride in maintaining clean, safe, and well-functioning environments.

Key Responsibilities include but not limited to:

General Maintenance

• Perform routine facility maintenance including minor repairs, painting, window cleaning, and furniture moving
• Complete basic carpentry work such as drywall repair and use of hand and power tools
• Conduct minor plumbing repairs (unclog drains, replace toilet components, flush valves)
• Assist with HVAC upkeep including filter changes and belt checks
• Perform floor care including carpet extraction, stripping, and waxing

Day Porter Duties

• Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors and stairways
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, including sinks, toilets, and fixtures
• Maintain cleanliness in break rooms (appliances, counters, surfaces)
• Restock supplies in restrooms, break rooms, and common areas
• Empty trash, replace liners, and clean receptacles
• Dust and wipe down offices, furniture, and common surfaces
• Clean windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces
• Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Previous janitorial or facility maintenance experience preferred
• Ability to pass a drug screening
• Strong commitment to workplace safety
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong time management and organizational abilities
• Physical ability to lift, carry, and move heavy items as needed
