LED Tech – Video Wall Technician Full Time NEW

Overview
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented LED Technician to support the planning, installation, and execution of LED video wall systems for trade shows, conventions, and live events. This role requires both technical expertise and hands-on execution, along with the flexibility to travel and work weekends as needed.

This is a full-time, long-term position. Travel is required, and a significant amount of time will be spent onsite at convention centers and event venues. Availability for weekends, after-hours work, and overtime is expected, as these are standard within the live events industry.

When not onsite, technicians will be expected to assist with warehouse and prep tasks, including order preparation, equipment packing, testing, scanning, bench preparation, and imaging of PCs, Macs, and iPads.

Key Responsibilities:

· Plan, execute and manage the setting of of Unilumin, Be Matrix, Aluvision and Infiled LED walls nationally.

· Travel for jobs, when required

· Test and plan customer content for these events.

· setting up video walls and LED walls for conventions and live meetings.

· Plan exhibit booths with customers in advance.

· Present customers with drawings and CADs for the Video Wall setup.

· Manage ancillary monitors, computers, and mobile devices in clients’ booths.

· Manage audio/video aspects of said events. Help image laptops, desktops, iPads and tablets.

· Set up and run AV equipment for events

· Helping test equipment in house and prep orders on a daily basis

· Asseting & testing new equipment.

· Go on deliveries, setups, and onsite for tradeshow setups

· Assemble, pack, and ship computers and tablets.

· Scan out orders to our ERP System.

· Organize, clean, and shelve computers, monitors, and tablets.

· Inventory, count, and record incoming shipments and contents.

Requirements

• Experience with LED wall systems and AV equipment
• Familiarity with CAD or technical drawings is a plus
• Ability to travel and work flexible hours, including weekends
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to lift and handle equipment safely
• Team-oriented with strong communication skills

Pay: $32.00 – $35.00 per hour
