We are currently seeking a Sales and Marketing Associate to join our team.
General Summary:
The Sales and Marketing Associate role is an entry-level, development-focused position designed as part of the company’s Sales Launchpad Program. This role blends core responsibilities of Account Strategist and Sales & Marketing Partner positions, providing structured training and hands-on experience across sales execution and marketing engagement.
Individuals in this role will develop foundational skills in consultative selling, customer engagement, pipeline development, and marketing solution support while receiving ongoing coaching, mentorship, and formal training. This position is intended to prepare associates for future placement into roles such as Account Strategist, Sales & Marketing Partner, or other sales- and marketing-focused positions.
