We are looking for a reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented Order Fulfillment Specialist to join our growing operation in Townsend, MA. This is a hands-on role that plays a key part in keeping orders moving smoothly and ensuring customers receive the right products on time.

What You’ll Do

• Pick and prepare customer orders accurately from inventory
• Print order tickets, packing slips, and shipping labels
• Carefully package products using boxes, bubble wrap, and other protective materials
• Verify shipments for accuracy before they leave the facility
• Process outgoing packages through USPS, UPS, and other shipping systems
• Organize completed shipments for daily carrier pickup
• Assist with inventory counts and stock organization
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment
• Support end-of-day closing procedures to ensure all orders are ready to ship
• Help with additional warehouse or operational tasks as needed

What We’re Looking For

• Prior warehouse, shipping, fulfillment, or inventory experience is a plus, but not required
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Comfortable using computers and basic shipping software
• Ability to stay organized and multitask in a busy environment
• Dependable with a strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent required
