The Role

We are looking for a Refrigeration Solutions Engineer Connectivity to support the rollout of our cloud-based refrigeration monitoring and automation platform across the United States.

Our platform connects to commercial refrigeration systems and BMS controllers to enable real-time monitoring, automated fault detection, and automated work order generation.

In this role, you will work with customers to deploy and configure our existing connectivity solutions, enabling refrigeration assets to connect to our cloud platform. You will support integrations with leading controller platforms such as Copeland, Danfoss, and RDM.

This is primarily a solutions deployment and integration role, helping customers bring their refrigeration systems online using our established connectivity framework. Where new integration requirements arise, you will collaborate with our product and development teams to support solution design and implementation.

The role is key to enabling our expansion into the US market.

What You’ll Do

Deploy Connectivity Solutions

• Implement and configure existing connectivity methods to connect refrigeration systems to our cloud platform.
• Integrate refrigeration controllers and BMS platforms including: Copeland, Danfoss, RDM, Carel.
• Configure system communications using supported protocols such as BACnet, Modbus, MQTT, and APIs.

Customer Solution Deployment

• Work directly with customers to assess their refrigeration infrastructure and control systems.
• Identify the most appropriate connectivity approach using our existing integration framework.
• Support the onboarding of refrigeration assets and sites to the platform.

Platform Integration & Validation

• Validate data ingestion and telemetry from refrigeration systems into the cloud platform.
• Ensure assets, sensors, and alarms are correctly mapped for monitoring and automation.
• Troubleshoot connectivity or integration issues during deployment.

Support Product & Engineering Teams

• Provide technical feedback on new controller types or integration requirements.
• Work with development teams where new integrations or enhancements are needed.
• Help document integration approaches and deployment standards for different refrigeration architectures.
• Technical support to US based customers

Enable Automated Maintenance Workflows

• Ensure connected refrigeration assets provide reliable telemetry for:
• Remote monitoring
• Alarm detection
• Automated work order creation
• Support the rollout of remote diagnostics capabilities for customers.

What We’re Looking For

Required Experience

• Experience working with commercial refrigeration systems or HVACR control environments.
• Familiarity with refrigeration control platforms such as: Copeland, Danfoss, RDM.
• Experience working with BMS systems or controller integrations.
• Understanding of building automation protocols such as BACnet, Modbus, or similar.
• Strong troubleshooting and systems integration skills.

Preferred Experience

• Experience supporting supermarket or retail refrigeration estates.
• Familiarity with remote monitoring platforms or connected asset systems.
• Basic networking knowledge (gateways, VPNs, LAN connectivity).
• Experience working alongside software or platform engineering teams.
