Job Description
The Customer Service Representative provides specialized support across sales, promotions, and installation processes while handling customer claims and complaints in a fair, timely, and compliant manner. This role focuses on maintaining strong customer relationships, accurately processing orders, and supporting sales activities, all within a fully remote environment based in the Central Time Zone.

Work Environment
This position operates in a fully remote environment, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Central Time, and requires residency within the Central Time Zone to align with business hours and team collaboration. You will work from a home office setting, using standard office technologies such as Microsoft Office Suite, ERP systems, and communication tools for email and phone-based customer support. Call volume is not heavy, allowing for focused, high-quality interactions and careful order processing. New hires receive approximately three weeks of structured training to become familiar with systems, processes, and customer service standards. The work involves extended periods using a computer, phone, and headset, with a professional yet comfortable remote-work attire appropriate for virtual meetings and customer calls.
