Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Vice President of Operations. The VP Operations will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, overseeing budgets and P&L, driving strategic initiatives, and ensuring seamless delivery of projects to support SPHF’s mission. The role includes developing strategies, managing operational workflows, leading cross-functional teams, and ensuring the highest level of customer service for stakeholders and beneficiaries.

• Proven expertise in Operations Management and P&L Management
• Strong capabilities in Strategic Planning and Project Management
• Experience in optimizing Customer Service and stakeholder communication
• Exceptional problem-solving, decision-making, and leadership skills
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
