Role Description

This full-time Service Administrator (K-12) role involves supporting the daily operations of EverRise by addressing client needs and ensuring program success for schools and athletic organizations. Responsibilities include providing administrative assistance, offering technical support and training to clients, and delivering exceptional customer service to maintain strong relationships. This hybrid role is based in Nashville, TN, with flexibility for some remote work.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively address client concerns and build lasting relationships
• Proficiency in Administrative Assistance tasks such as organizational management, scheduling, and documentation
• Experience in providing Technical Support to assist clients with platform usage and troubleshooting
• Ability to deliver Training sessions to help users effectively understand and utilize tools and resources
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Proficiency in digital tools and technology, including CRM systems, email platforms, and virtual meeting software
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Administration, Business, or related field preferred
• Experience working in or with K-12 educational institutions is a plus
